Math 7th: The students are just finishing up their chapter on fractions. Some students struggled getting their fractions into lowest terms and are stil correcting some lessons. They received a progress report so they would know what lessons to work on a bit longer.

Math 8th: The students just finished up their chapter. Some students have a bit to correct for better understanding. They received a progress report so they would know what to work on.

Math 7th: The students worked on multiplying fractions. Tomorrow they have a test over multiplying fractions.

Math 8th: The students worked on lesson 4.3.

Math 8th: The students worked on 3.3 variables on both sides of the equation. They are getting very good at solving complicated equations. They will have a review and a test next week. They brought home a progress report to be signed this week.

Math 7th: The students worked on understanding fractions. They did lessons 4.5 - 4.7 in their workbook. They have a test next week. They brought home a progress report to be signed this week.

Math 8th: The students just started to work on 2 step equations. They are a lot like one step equations. We will work on this again tomorrow. The homework is to do problems 1-6 workbook 3.1.

Math 7th: The students worked on 4.2 workbook. Complete the first side for homework.

Math 7th and 8th: We have just started a two week project. The project works on personal health, graphing, and percents. Each day the students will be recording what they eat and what exercise they do that day. Each student has a folder to keep their worksheets in.

The students were in Mr. Kovach's room working on equivalent ratios for four days.

The students have been working with Mr. Kovach and Monday is their last day with him. They will be returning to me on Tuesday.

Now they have moved on to Mr. Watt's class to study for four days.
